Photo: Eagles coordinator head butts player during practice

1. Moving the Chains reports that Clayton didn't keep his head up during a drill, causing Castillo to get in his face and give him the ol' Zidane. The encounter left the helmetless coach with a cut on his forehead.

2. In our current age of athlete coddling, it's refreshing to see a coach willing to get in the trenches and mix it up a bit. Debate the merits of such techniques all you'd like; at least it's an ethos.

3. For Castillo's sake I hope Roger Goodell doesn't see this picture. It's been a while since the commissioner has fined anyone and he's probably got an itchy trigger finger.

4.Knocking oneself out probably wasn't what Vince Young had in mind when he said the Eagles were a "dream team."

Thanks, The 700 Level
